ShuuApp provides translations and explanations of restaurant menu items for informational purposes only.

2. Use With Care

We aim to provide accurate translations and descriptions, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

You should use the app with caution, especially when:

• Managing food allergies or dietary restrictions
• Ordering unfamiliar dishes

You should confirm ingredients and preparation methods directly with restaurant staff, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

The app may not always be available without interruption.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ShuuApp lawfully and responsibly, for its intended functionality of translating menus and providing dish descriptions.

You may not:

• Misuse the service or bypass usage limits
• Interfere with the app's security or operation
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4. Menu Images and Content

When you upload menu images:

• You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service
• Images are deleted within 24 hours
• You retain ownership of your content

If you choose to share results, you are responsible for what you share.

5. Intellectual Property

ShuuApp and its content are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or availability.

In no event shall ShuuApp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from or related to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the application.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide notice before the updated terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
